Java Biocolloid believes that the future is in the hands of younger generation. They are the one who will continue and develop what the previous generation has built. For this to be achieved, it is our duty to share and encourage the young generation to be creative and support the sustainability of the business.

In April 2018, more than 100 graduate management students from private university, namely Ciputra University Surabaya visited our agar-agar processing factory. The purpose of their visit was to study the problems that occur in the food processing industry from raw material procurement until the supply chain of the finish goods. At the end of the day, the students were given some case studies to analyze the possibility solutions that can be done.

We also get another chance to share knowledge to atotal of 57 hospitality management students from Petra Christian University Surabaya on August 9, 2018. This event is held for a half day which included the company and products introduction, a glimpse of the seaweed processing, short plant tour and discussion about agar-agar powder and its applications.
