Konjac or konnyaku are common name of the Amorphophallus konjac in Asian countries. Nowadays the derivatives products are widely used by food processors as texturing/thickening agent.

viscoILES® comes in two types, viscoILES® PR which is Organic konjac gum and viscoILES® GM which is konjac glucomannan.

viscoILES® GM undergoes further purification, increasing the purity and fiber content. It contains more than 95% of dietary fiber.
